To save a .MP3 file or .WAV file to your hard drive, place the mouse pointer over the filename and right click. In Internet Explorer choose "Save Target as." If you are using Netscape choose "Save Link as." A window titled "Save as" will pop up. Choose a folder and type in a filename and click "OK." The file will then be downloaded to your hard drive.

One of the most common problems with downloading files is finding them on your computer once the download is complete. Most browsers have a default location within their own folder, but it's a good idea to create a folder just for downloads and put it somewhere easy to get to. This folder on your computer is most commonly named "download" or "temporary items." You can then point your browser to this folder for all future downloads.
